A Local Property With a Long History

LIPA Storage provides clean, secure, and convenient storage solutions for individuals, families, and businesses in Westville and the surrounding community. With drive-up storage, climate-controlled units, parking, and flexible space options, our goal is to make storing your belongings simple and dependable.

Our property has been part of the Westville community for decades. The original main building was constructed in 1979, laying the foundation for what would eventually grow into a larger storage facility. In 2009, the first dedicated warehouse building was added, beginning the property's expansion into self-storage.

Over the years, the facility became known as LIPA Mini Warehouses and continued to grow alongside the needs of the community, adding additional storage options and serving both residential and business customers.

Today, that history continues as LIPA Storage.

We are proud to build on the property's long-standing roots while investing in its next chapter. Our focus is on maintaining a clean and well-kept facility, enhancing security and convenience, and creating a straightforward storage experience our customers can rely on.
